Adult Anxiety Group:

Tuesday Evenings 6-7pm Oct 4th – Dec 13th

Hope Psychological Services is offering a group therapy opportunity for adults struggling with anxiety.  The group will be co-facilitated by Dr. Andrew Sonnekalb and Kim Linnell, M.S.  Each week, participants will learn about anxiety, have an opportunity to share their story, listen to and learn from others, and learn to apply psychological theory and interventions to their lives. Fee per session is $60.  Insurance billing available depending upon type of insurance and Dr. Sonnekalb’s network status with individual plans.  Regular weekly attendance is recommended for best treatment results.

If you are interested please email Dr. Sonnekalb at asonnekalb@hopepsych.org or call Hope’s intake line at 781-402-2442 ext 7.  Interested parties will need to participate in an intake session with Dr. Andrew Sonnekalb and/or Kim Linnell prior to group enrollment.  Intake session is billed separately from group rate and cost will be provided prior to scheduling intake session.  Following the intake session, participants will be referred to the group or other services if group treatment is deemed not clinically appropriate.  Space is limited so please contact us soon!  In person or telehealth to be determined depending on group interest.  If in-person, the group will be held at our new Lexington location!
